Hello everyone! Welcome to my page, I hope you enjoy your visit. Well, believe it or not Zumba Fitness is the one format that can help you with most if not all of your goals. For example: wanna lose weight? Feel happier? Expand your social life? Get more active? Feel sexier? Learn to dance? well a Zumba class is the place to be. I have been teaching many formats for well over 10 years and have been choreographing for over 25 years now and let me tell you Zumba Fitness seems to be the format that makes people the happiest. and personally I don't believe Zumba is just a fad, why? well, dancing has been around for centuries! so Zumba is here to stay!

All of the above are only excuses to protect you from your fear... Step out and conquer that fear, I promise you will not regret it and you will be hooked. There is no wonder why there are so many Zumbaholics out there.
